Everyone is given the same 24 hours in a day. We can only do so much within that timeframe. If you’re like me, you probably have a task list (or a few) that cannot be completed within 72 hours let alone 24 hours.
If you catch yourself using time as a cop out, reframe the situation by viewing it through the paradigm of – “it is not a priority to me”
Excuse: I did not start my new business project because I did not have enough time.
Reality: I did not start my new business project because it was not a priority to me.
Same goes with gym, eating, family etc.
The small paradigm shift puts you in the driver seat for success by holding you accountable for doing or not doing an action. Next time you’re about to blame time, realize it was simply you not prioritizing.
